Journal the first, a part of the gaming we do, I actually created and gave to you in a certain month.
You made the one you play elsewhere a month later. It's left almost 1500 comments.
The one I gave you? Less than 350.
It's not about quantity, but it makes me feel like I really don't measure up to the elsewhere. Which happens. But I think it's human to feel sad about that. |

Ok random vent You leave a game or get dropped and you get removed from the comms. I understand the reasoning but... that also blocks you out of being able to view any threads you've done that are friends locked and that's isn't entirely fair. |

I understand AIM conversations dying out. It happens IRL. I also understand if it happens after a few minutes in RP. Not all characters click, and sometimes, even when they do, the conversation isn't flowing. It's all good.
However, it shouldn't happen EVERY TIME you IM me, and it DEFINITELY shouldn't happen after three messages. Especially when every single IM convo goes that way. 95% of the time it's you dying out. The other 5% of the time I get tired of one word answers. Why bother to IM me if you aren't actually going to talk?
And why do you do it ICly AND OOCly?!?! |

Why does everyone think that pbads is the appropriate place to be a dick? Secondly, why would you pimp for a game while being a dick?! I don't appreciate you making the game I love look bad or making me look like a douche by association. The girl is just learning to RP, JFC. Have a little fucking tact. |

So I've made my YAA for the day, so now it's time to balance the cosmos.
Do you play an original character that isn't your run of the mill "S/He's a bitch/asshole until you get to know her/him!" kind of drivel? Are you having problems getting your outside-of-the-box character noticed among the Flavor of the Month faces? Are you playing a character with real problems, real feelings and real issues? Is it difficult to get lines for those 35+ characters and faces?
Does this sound like you? It sure sounds like me. So! I have invented a quite cheeky little plan to help you out! It's worked for me (somewhat ...) and I'll share it with you.
♦ Post ONCE daily. Lyrics, a quote, a joke, a funny macro, current events, a "QOTD" type deal. Get interested in what the kids are interested in and get them discussing something that appeals to them. It works like a charm. I don't mean spam the friends page 4+ times a day either. Once a day is plenty. Don't make them want to kill you before they get to know you.
♦ Comment, comment, comment. Be friendly, comment the newbies, let them see your face. Show them that being 30+ isn't something to be afraid of and to branch out a little. Show them what they're missing!
♦ AIM shy? Hate being the first one to IM? Take a chance. If they don't want to talk to you? Move on to the next person. Start random conversations or chat rooms, find something in common. The least they can do is ignore you (and I don't mean them idling or being busy, don't mistake their 'busy' signal for ignorance); then at least you'll know they're not worth the time.
The days of waiting around for lines are OVER my friends. If the lines won't come to you? You go to them! Make connections, get out there and you never know, you might find something you didn't know you were looking for. |

Can you please not name one of my characters when he has nothing to do whatsoever with the drama or has any idea what's going on? Thanks. |

Since when did role playing become more about grammar than actual playing? I know I'm not the best at it but if you can read what I say and understand it, I don't see the problem. |

1. So I think I may have let my shiny (and amazing) new line kill my motivation to write anything else. Oops.
2. Having nothing to do on Thanksgiving, but knowing that no one is going to be around to RP today, as I'm fairly sure most of my slps are American. Which is fine, but today's going to be boring.
3. All I really want is one decent game, just one. Some place that isn't flooded with cockhoppers, where people don't seem to cower under their beds instead of actually IM'ing someone first (for a scene even, God forbid.) Some place where spellcheck is a virtue and one-liners are not, where obscure PBs and other types of "out of the box" characters are cool, etc.
4. LOL @ you, being completely snotty and rude to me over AIM for like months now, every time I tried to plot with you, then letting our thread sit without a response for at least 3 weeks, and finally responding this morning. I seriously laughed my ass off when I checked my inbox today and saw that shit, and you wonder why I just don't talk to you anymore. |

when someone comments to your fucking sl post, its considered polite to comment back, even if it's to go "no sorry even though you commented and showed interest first, i'd rather go with the other person/persons who commented". is it really that fuckin hard to say thanks but no thanks? i dont even care if you dont want me to fill the line, just be nice enough to say thanks but no thanks. but the lack of common courtesy with most people makes me glad those who do that have decided to go with whoever had the prettiest icons or whatever (since all comments were essentially some variation of "i'd be interested!"). |

Seriously, there is more out there then hot, hot men with severe disabilities, really! Not all of them live destitute, or cannot be in a relationship, or you know all have to be so completely sick that it envelops the storylines your are in. You say others drama is too much, of course it is, with how much disabled drama you must possesses. I lost track of how many characters you have, but they are all fucking hot, and seriously disabled. What happened to semi okay looking, and sort of disabled? |

Thank you for ruining that PB for me you moron. I get that PBs can be given any sort of personality but dull and dumb as a box of roks? and no, you can't have the c. You don't deserve it. |
